Please be advised that for sales not at the seller’s usual place of business, the federal “cooling-off” rule may apply. This rule gives customers the right to cancel a sale made at their home, workplace, or dorm that was under $25 or cancel a sale made at a seller’s temporary location, like a fairground, motel, or convention center that was under $130. An attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction will be able to assist.
Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
- Customers must return the item in its original packaging.
- The item must not be used.
- The item must not be Damaged (unless otherwise noted)
- The item must be returned with its original receipt.
Additional conditions:
Customer must contact Operator via the “contact us” page or phone call to arrange a refund for customers unable to make a refund at our place of business. Operator reserves the right to obtain photographic proof of a product that was received by the customer as damaged goods prior to approving the refund or exchange if deemed necessary.
All returns that do not meet the criteria may be subject to a restocking fee based on the value of the product as determined by the Operator.
If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject the return and refund.
In case of approved return, Operator will pay shipping by providing a shipping label or refunding the additional cost of the shipment to Customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions and refunds on regularly-priced items unless otherwise marked as “Final sale”.
Customers may request and exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.
Custom or special ordered parts are non-refundable and will not be accepted as a return.
Warranties:
Any Warranties offered by the Manufacturer must be completed via the Manufacturer for replacements.
Refunds:
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 10 days of our receipt and confirmation of all materials and returned items.
