Lock & Load! This Stage 2 kit provide a big increase in horsepower and torque simplified into an easy package. Tuning, clutching, and a free flowing exhaust on the Commander 1000R go together like high powered rifles and tanneries. Together they pack a huge punch for the ultimate power gains to the wheels. This package features AA's performance tunes loaded directly on the Power vision ECU tuner! This versatile tuner allows our tunes to easily be uploaded to your factory ECU, switch between tunes, and even return to stock. The Power vision is also a great gauge showing throttle position, timing and more. You can leave the PV hooked up for gauges, or completely remove it after flashing your ECU. The PV3 also has excellent data logging capabilities if you download the software and use your laptop. You can even view trouble codes and erase them on the fly. We are highly experienced in tuning these Commanders and that will show. These tunes modify all the necessary maps to create big horsepower, while still maintaining a reliable and safe Commander. This package also features our Stage 1 clutch kit! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and just keep pulling for days. Our AA Stage 1 clutch kit compliments the tuning perfectly by more efficiently transferring power to the wheels and ridding yourself of the very lazy factory clutching setup. We finish the kit off with the AA Slip-On Exhaust with Center Exit (2.5" Spark Arrestor included), which is just what your machine needs! The Commander 1000R is a great UTV with potential. It's priced right, and for just a little more we can get the power you are needing. Real gains are shown with tuning, exhaust and clutching for a higher RPM as this motor likes to rev more than what the factory allows. Includes our Level 2 tune built for our exhaust. Available in 87 octane or 91-93 octane. Horsepower gains are 9-10 RWHP on our Level 2 clutched for 7300-7500 RPM, but having the limiters removed and better throttle response makes it feel like much more. Not just dyno tested! We are avid riders and like the factory, a ton of the testing is done in the field to make sure you are getting 110%. With data logging capabilities you can't get any better testing than real world. Often times we can make significant changes to further increase power, drivability, and feel of the machine that can never be done on the dyno. Looking for a custom race fuel tune or even a tune to de-tune for kids, buddies.. etc? We also have those available upon request. Please send us an e-mail if you are looking for those things. Wondering why go with our tune(s) over the Dyno Jet tunes? We go the extra mile to make sure everything is gained, and have a few extra tricks up our sleeve because we test in the real world. Other maps take their time to hit peak timing numbers which really hurts performance. Our map gets you into peak timing quicker, so max power seems more instant. We also have a great fuel curve that is designed to go with our timing curve, and offers better fueling for more power at WOT. We also do some work with torque limiters as in the dirt we saw throttle closures when spinning the tires. Our map fixes that issue giving you 100% locked power delivery. We also do the easy things like up the speed limiter to where you will never hit, disable 2 foot limiters, disable seatbelt limiters & more. Basically, this is the all out tune that has all the features you want built right into it.
Our S1 Clutch Kit for the Commander 1000R is simple with our secondary helix and spring, but works amazing. This kit does nothing with your primary clutch which makes installation and adjustment easier. We found the secondary clutch needed help, and the primary clutch settings were well done for good belt grip. Utilizing our adjustable helix and stiffer secondary spring we are able to ramp up RPM faster and have settings to match larger tires, paddles, tunes, and exhaust.
When adding larger tires or more vehicle weight, the Commander 1000R loses peak RPM and acceleration suffers. Even stock they normally only turn 6800-7000 RPM peak. However, with our tuning and clutching the Commander 1000R for 7300-7500 RPM, the vehicle really comes to life! The tune/clutch/exhaust combination is hands down the way to go as they feed off each other.
