Get ready, your RZR 200 is about to transform! This simple to install Lock & Load kit delivers big power and acceleration for your young rider! For the 2022+ RZR 200, Polaris switched from a cable throttle to a throttle by wire which gives Polaris an easier way to limit horsepower and control how the power comes on. We change all of that to really bring the little 200 to life and help it reach its full potential. The RZR 200 model is tuned very poorly from the factory. With our tune, simple drivability and even idle is greatly improved over factory. The factory tune is very lazy down low as you can see from the dyno chart. It's very slow to build up to peak power then jumps up before hitting the OEM speed limiter. Our tune is a huge benefit to your young experienced rider as they will have the power and response to help them navigate hills and other riding situations where power on tap is needed.

• Peak horsepower gains of over 40% with tuning and clutching, 7.51 RWHP to 10.9 RWHP
• Quicker throttle response and power delivery
• Throttle by wire limiters disabled
• Reverse throttle mapping is too aggressive from the factory, this has been tamed down to make the vehicle more controllable.
• AA's wicked timing curve built for 91-93 octane fuel as the OEM timing map is terrible. 87-89 octane tunes are also available.
• We highly recommend the 91-93 octane tune as it gives you the most power and is always suggested to run in powersports vehicles, especially air cooled models.
• A great fuel curve that gives much better low end and all around power as the factory map is very lean or rich in different key areas.
• Improved idle mapping as the OEM calibration is very lean often resulting in the vehicle wanting to die
• Improved cold start mapping
• Speed limiter removed/raised to 45 MPH
• Rev limit at a safe 8500 RPM (factory rev limit is 7750 RPM)
• Parking brake rev limit raised
• Other various tables extended out to make power at higher speed/RPM
• Selecting to receive a gauge mount for this model will come with a different diagnostic cable that connects underneath the center of the dash
• Standard Polaris diagnostic cable connection is located on the left side of the RZR 200 driver's seat
• To help better transfer the power gained to the wheels and to achieve proper peak RPM, the Lock & Load kit includes our S1 clutch kit!
