91 Octane Tune

+35 WHP over stock

Our 91 octane tune for the ZForce Z10 is designed to run on your machine's stock setup.

Requirements:

• Stock muffler
• Stock clutch
• Stock injectors
• RTD device required to upload the tune to your ECU

Fuel: Runs great on 91 octane. You can run 93 octane if that's what's available, but at this power level the tune is limited by the stock injectors, so the higher octane won't provide any additional gains.

Cooling: Fans are set to turn on sooner to help keep the engine running cool under the increased power output.

Recommended upgrade: This tune maxes out the stock injectors, so you're getting everything they can give. To get the most out of the power increase, we recommend adding our Secondary Helix and Spring. This keeps the clutch in the correct power band and properly loaded for the extra power, improving belt life and how it delivers to the ground.

91 Octane Tune – ID 1050 Injectors

205 WHP — a 60 WHP gain over stock

180 WHP — Stock Exhaust

This 91 octane tune is built around the ID 1050 injectors (injectors and adapters included), giving your Z10 more fueling headroom than our standard 91 tune.

Requirements:

• Stock exhaust is fine — A High-flow aftermarket exhaust is recommended
• Our Secondary Helix and Spring - This keeps the clutch in the correct power band and properly loaded for the extra power, improving belt life and how it delivers to the ground. 
• RTD device required to upload the tune to your ECU

Included: ID 1050 injectors and adapters

Cooling: Fans are set to turn on sooner to help keep the engine running cool under the increased power output.

Recommended upgrade: While this tune runs on the stock exhaust, a high-flow aftermarket exhaust (we recommend the RPM Exhaust) is recommended if you want to unlock the most power this tune has to offer.

93 Octane Tune – ID 1050 Injectors

215 WHP — a 70 WHP gain over stock

Our 93 octane tune pairs ID 1050 injectors (injectors and adapters included) with the fueling capacity to push more power out of the Z10, and clutching upgraded to match.

Requirements:

• Clutch: Requires our LaRue Billet Primary and Secondary Helix and Spring to keep RPM under control and maintain a constant power band, improving belt life and how it delivers to the ground. The stock clutch will overrev as it cannot handle the additional power gain added. 
• Exhaust: Requires a high-flow aftermarket exhaust, such as the RPM Exhaust
• RTD device required to upload the tune to your ECU

Included: ID 1050 injectors and adapters

Cooling: Fans are set to turn on sooner to help keep the engine running cool under the increased power output.

Performance: With the LaRue primary clutch installed, this tune also adds 12 MPH, bringing the Z10 to a 99 MPH top speed. Made possible because the LaRue primary has a bigger diameter than the stock clutch. 

100+ Octane Race Fuel Tune - ID 1050 Injectors

245 WHP — a 100 WHP gain over stock

Our race gas tune is built for riders who want maximum power out of the Z10 and are ready to upgrade the supporting parts to handle it safely.

Requirements:

• Muffler: Requires an aftermarket muffler. We've tested this tune with the RPM Muffler, and it performs exceptionally.
• Clutching: Requires our LaRue Billet Primary and Secondary Helix and Spring to properly manage the significant increase in power. Keeps RPM under control and maintains a constant power band, improving belt life and how it delivers to the ground.
• RTD device required to upload the tune to your ECU

Included: ID 1050 injectors and adapters

Fuel: 100+ octane race fuel required to safely support this power level. Not tested for 100LL fuel yet. You can mix 93 with 110.

RTD Device

Note: An RTD device is required to upload all tunes to your ECU. If you don't already have one, there is an option to purchase the device with the tune. 

RTD is a tune delivery device. It allows customers to send vehicle read files and share data logs directly to their tuner and receive professional calibration and files to flash to their vehicle via the TDN App. This device gives the customer options to change between tunes with their stock ECU. The RTD offers full iOS and Android support with the TDN App. 

Tune Delivery Network (TDN) is the new standard for remote tune delivery. It's a free-to-download TDN app available for iOS and Android. The TDN app syncs with the RTD device via Bluetooth, removing the laptop from the equation when licensing and writing tunes to your vehicle.
