The DRT Motorsports Exterior Tire Carrier moves your oversized spare outside the cab, freeing up cargo room while keeping the tire secure and easy to access. Built specifically for the Polaris XPEDITION ADV/5, it’s a clean, dependable solution for riders who want to be prepared without sacrificing space inside of the machine.

The foundation of this system is a fully welded, frame-mounted substructure that carries the weight where it belongs. Precision cut, formed, and built from steel, it’s designed to handle oversized spares and endure the harshest trail use.. The carrier arm itself uses high-strength tubing and supports tires up to 35” x 11.50”, with a cam nut adjustment that lets you dial in alignment for a solid, rattle-free fit. The lower tube features an integrated wire pass-through for a rear camera extension harness or license plate light wiring, along with a dedicated mounting location for your back up camera using the Polaris 2024+ XPEDITION Adjustable Rear Camera Relocation Kit (P/N: 20205MB01201) and DRT Polaris Rear Camera Extension Harness, 6.5 ft (P/N: 20005MB11701), both sold separately.

Everything bolts on with no cutting or drilling, and the black fine sand texture powder coat adds corrosion resistance while leaving room for custom color if that’s your style. Whether you run it on its own or pair it with the DRT Exterior Tire Carrier Bumper, this carrier is built for riders who value smart storage, durable construction, and gear that feels right at home on long days with the crew.
