The forward and rear crossbars are laser-cut, formed, and welded steel for maximum rigidity, while the center crossbars utilize extruded 6061-T6 aluminum with a premium sand-texture finish. The entire assembly mounts securely to the vehicle using billet aluminum brackets—precision-forged, post-machined, e-coated, and laser-engraved with the DRT logo—and ties directly into the XPEDITION’s OEM roof mounting points for a rock-solid fit.
