DESCRIPTION

WORLD'S BEST (WB) BELTS

  • ISO-14001, ISO-9001, IATF-16949 certified manufacturing and quality control
  • 3rd-generation heavy-duty, high-twist Aramid Fiber cord for high-horsepower tensile loads
  • Higher shock-load rating to handle up to 400hp machines
  • Top-cog pressure-load design increases sidewall rigidity, prevents top-cog bowing, retains rotational flexibility
  • Bottom cog uses BZX1 high-modulus rubber for improved heat resistance and dissipation
  • Bottom cog impregnated with short Aramid fibers for better sheave adhesion and lower belt temperature
  • Updated bottom-cog design for greater rotational efficiency at full shift
  • Precision-ground sidewall angle (SCUFFING) for smooth engagement, better power transfer, and lower operating temperature
  • Aramid cord wraps over bottom cogs (vs polyester) for increased bottom-cog strength and cord pop-out resistance

  • Cord Pop Out — Center cord separates. Cause: improper bonding. Status: Warrantied
  • Flex Crack — Cause: belt bent/flexed improperly. Status: Not Warrantied
  • Glazing — Shiny, overheated sides. Cause: belt slippage or improper clutching/abuse. Status: Not Warrantied

  • Delamination — Separation of layers. Cause: improper bonding. Status: Warrantied
  • Broken Belt — Cause: shock loading, sustained overdrive, excessive engagement RPM, improper gear ratio/center distance, jammed drivetrain. Status: Not Warrantied
  • Disintegration — Belt separated into pieces. Cause: prior belt conditions (hour glassing, glazing, flex cracks, misalignment) or restricted clutch housing air intake; excessive heat is the main cause. Status: Not Warrantied
