EVP High-Volume Fuel Pump & Surge Tank Kit for Polaris RZR Pro R

With the capability of supporting upwards of 575 wheel horsepower (675+ engine HP) on E85, the new EVP High-Volume Fuel Pump & Surge Tank Kit is a must-have upgrade on any turbocharged/supercharged RZR Pro R for optimized, consistent fuel delivery.

This drop-in replacement (only the OEM float is reused) features an integrated E85-safe assembly and 525 LPH fuel pump with an internal regulator. The 4 bar fuel pressure regulator provides the same base fuel pressure as stock. The regulator can be used either as a static fuel pressure system (like stock) or rising rate. The preassembled surge tank system is designed to deliver big-power fuel volume while being versatile enough to enhance fuel delivery on stock power levels down to the last gallon of fuel. Additionally, all internal components have been improved with EVP-designed custom Venturi jet and premium hoses to properly feed the surge tank for more consistent fuel delivery. The EVP surge tank/pump assembly has been thoroughly tested in drag racing where the fuel violently gets thrown to the rear of the tank and this kit performs without missing a beat.

Additionally, this updated version of our original RZR Surge Tank design features an integrated billet fuel hat that connects to the factory fuel line in place of the OEM plastic hat. Only the OEM float is reused for a near-direct replacement drop-in kit that makes installation much easier.
