Our Tubing Hinges are a great way to make quality doors, tire carriers, or anything that swings open. We CNC machine our tubing hinges from 1018 steel and use a 1/2" diameter shoulder bolt as the pivot pin.  The shoulder bolt is hardened for great wear resistance.  Each tube hinge comes with a nice weld chamfer to fit inside your tubing for the perfect weld.  These have a long neck on them that inserts in the tube 1.00" making them able to be plug welded.
